為適應公司發展需要，原浙江陀曼精密機械有限公司（簡稱陀曼精密）自2021年9月18日起正式更名為浙江陀曼智能科技股份有限公司（簡稱陀曼智能）。子公司原浙江陀曼智造科技有限公司（簡稱陀曼智造）于2021年8月6日起正式更名為浙江陀曼數字技術有限公司（簡稱陀曼數字）
Due to the company’s development and business expansion needs, Zhejiang Toman Precision Machinery Co., Ltd.（hereinafter referred to as "Toman Precision Machine"）has changed the company name to Zhejiang Toman Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. （Toman Intelligent ）since Sept.18, 2021. The subsidiary company Zhejiang Toman Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. (Toman Intelligent Manufacturing) has changed name to Zhejiang Toman Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (Toman Digital) since Aug. 6, 2021.
根據相關法律規定，名稱變更不影響本公司法人主體所承擔的權利和義務，原有業務和簽署的合同繼續有效，公司的納稅人識別號（統一社會信用代碼）、銀行賬號、開戶銀行等均保持不變。即日起，公司所有對內外文件、資料、開具發票等全部使用新公司名稱，具體信息如下：
According to relevant laws and regulations, the rights and obligations of our company as a legal entity won't be affected by the change of name. The original business together with contracts will continue to be valid. In addition, company information, such as taxpayer identification number , bank account number,bank name, etc., remian the same.
